Automatic pail Destacker

  

This destacker is made up with  :

  • a destacker unit that could simultaneously destack up to 8 pails at each cycle
  • an infeed conveyor that could store 8 pail stacks
  • an ultra-fast format changeovers without any setting
  • output : up to 40 pails/minute

Lid Denesting/ Positioning/ Pressing

  

 The whole equipment includes :

  • an infeed conveyor for lid stacks (storage : 6 stacks)
  • a destacker system for lids through a rotative arm with vaccum grippers
  • no stop during stack changeovers
  • lid positioning system
  • lid pressing rollers
  • output : up to 40 lids/minute
