If you are interested in joining PACK’R’s growing team, we are looking for a Customer Service Technician for our subsidiary based in Suwanee – GA (USA).

Missions

As part of our American Customer Service team (3 persons), you are in charge of installing, maintaining and repairing our filling machines on customers’ production sites in France and abroad. You are our customers’ main contact and you guarantee the quality of our equipment.
Your mission will be to:
› Carry out the starting up the machines on customers’ sites
– Make the installation of our products according to the technical files
– Make adjustments on the machines according to customer specifications
– Provide training to customer staff, present technical specificities

› Diagnose, find solutions and carry out intervention, do preventive maintenance

› Upgrade the machines to improve performances (equipment and technology)

› Establish positive relationship to optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty

Profile

› Bachelor degree in mechanical, electronical or maintaining qualifications

Experience

› Strong competences in mechanical industry and electricity (if possible in special machinery maintenance)

› Analyze technical data and refer to a manual, pneumatic or electronical schemes

Personal Qualities

› Autonomy

› Rigorous work

› Availability

› Communication skills are key assets for this position (you are mainly at customers’ sites)

Others

› B-category driving licence required

We are looking for a skilled project manager whose primary responsibility will be providing technical support to the sales team.

Responsabilities

› Analyze and understand the industrial needs and issues of our customers and prospects upon receipt of our customers’ calls for tenders

› Select appropriate technical solutions and check their compliance

› Carry out costing and implementation plans

› Write commercial and argumentative proposals

› Assist sales representatives in the development of their proposal.

› Ensure a personalized follow-up of each project with clients

› Organize and structure the different phases of a project

› Ensure that deadlines, quality and conformity of specifications are respected

Required skills

› Technical aptitude to understand company product

› Proven ability to synthesize and analyze

› Packaging or manufacturing experience a strong plus

› Good organizational skills, including time management and how to manage multiple projects simultaneously

› Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (second language would be an asset – French )

Qualifications

› Successful experience in designing technical solutions.

› Proven experience in project management
