With the MyPACK’R platform, find all of your PACK’R support services grouped together in one place (news and current events, declaration of incidents and support requests, consultation of the status of your requests, etc. ). You have the possibility to exchange with the support service through different channels: instant discussions, videoconferences, document sharing, etc. You are also regularly informed of the latest technological innovations, our services and our special offers.
As a part of PACK’R service contracts, you can benefit from the optional SmartParts module. It includes online tools to consult your technical documentation, machine operating and maintenance manuals, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and grafcet plans. You can search for spare parts yourself and send your price requests directly from the MyPACK’R platform. These technical data are updated each time your equipment is modified.
