Vous avez la possibilité d’échanger avec le service support selon différents modes : discussions instantanées, visioconférences, partage de notices, etc. Vous êtes également informés régulièrement des dernières nouveautés technologiques, de nos prestations et de nos offres spéciales.

Dans le cadre des contrats de services PACK’R, vous pouvez bénéficier du module optionnel SmartParts. Il intègre des outils en ligne pour consulter vos documentations techniques, notices d’utilisation et de maintenance des machines, plans mécaniques, électriques, pneumatiques, grafects.Vous pouvez rechercher vous-même des pièces détachées et envoyer vos demandes de prix directement à PACK’R depuis la plateforme. Ces données techniques sont mises à jour par nos soins à chaque modification de vos équipements.

Remote Assistance with HoloLens 2

PACK’R uses the HoloLens 2 mixed reality glasses to help with maintenance and/or installation

For a few years, we have been trying to adapt to our export challenges in order to meet the needs of our customers around the world as quickly as possible.

We therefore turned our attention to mixed reality, a combination of reality, augmented reality and virtual reality. The mixed reality has obvious advantages for industry.

Thus, we continue to support our customers through remote assistance coupled with our service offering. Since February 2020, at PACK’R, we have several pairs of Microsoft HoloLens 2 glasses.

Maintenance

Our regular diagnostic visits, periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance maintain the efficiency of your equipment and the quality of your products (dosing precision, screwing quality).

Preventive maintenance

Once the equipment is installed on your site, a preventive maintenance manual is given to you so that your technicians can carry out the main maintenance actions independently.

In its services, PACK’R also proposes to provide the list of spare parts to be obtained in order to be reactive and that your technicians can make the modifications to the equipment as quickly as possible.

Sensitive to customer satisfaction, during the maintenance audits carried out by our experts, we check the performance of your PACK’R equipment, we carry out a complete verification of the state of wear and tear and we listen to you.

Each element will be inspected by our dedicated team, who will give you a complete report with suggestions for modifications to be made for improvement or safety.

As soon as your PACK’R machine is put into production, a dedicated technical assistance team is at your disposal

The technical support and the expertise of our Customer Service allow you to optimize the productivity and the quality of your production tool.Our service offers include equipment maintenance as well as training of your operational and technical teams.

The technical support that PACK’R puts at your disposal permanently, allows you to quickly find the optimal conditions of your equipment in case of malfunction, thus guaranteeing the minimization of the downtime and thus a quick return to normal.

Our team has all the necessary technical skills to meet your technical support needs.

Our hotline technicians can provide real-time remote assistance to the operator or maintenance technician working on the machine.

This assistance allows to detect the nature of the breakdown with the objective to limit or, if possible, avoid on-site interventions. Our hotline experts assist your production and maintenance teams to maintain the quality and productivity of your equipment. Hotline support is present in each zone.

PACK’R’s hotline support is not a one-time service, but we can send a technician if needed and we assure you a traceability and a history of the hotline actions in case of a technical problem.

With the installation of your equipment or your complete line, we offer a standard training of your operators in charge of their operation and maintenance. A PACK’R technician is on site to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment and to train your teams in the skills you need.

The objectives of the training is to enable you to drive and maintain your equipment on a daily basis.

We are also able to develop a training program that meets your specific needs either in our premises or on the production site with your teams. This training program is customized according to your constraints.

Our objective is to make you autonomous in the operation and maintenance of the machines. Standard or customized training courses are available to meet your needs: machine operation and settings, equipment maintenance, advanced technical training.

Our experts intervene on equipment reliability issues up to complete line audits.
